Join the Discord and read contact-staff. Message an available Moderator or Leadership member with the details. Keep player accusations and personal information out of public channels.

Include the useful details

Your in-game name and the server number.
When it happened, including your time zone.
A short explanation of the issue.
A relevant clip or screenshot, if you have one.
For an appeal, the ban message and why you’re requesting review.

Staff are volunteers. A clear report helps us review it; response times depend on availability.

Can’t find the server?

Search BKSN in the server browser and include community servers if a filter is available. Look for North America (East) in the name. If it is missing, check announcements for maintenance and make sure your game is updated.
